Like most women, I dreamed of meeting “The Prince on the White Horse”, getting married, experiencing pregnancy, giving birth, embracing motherhood and establishing a happy family. We tried everything and at the end we came to an understanding that our only way of becoming parents and starting a family, is different and special. We chose a new journey and decided on a surrogacy procedure abroad. In search of the right company, we found Manor. Together with their supportive system, accompanied by a professional and sensitive team, we have three miracles in our lives. כן. ביצוע תהליך פונדקאות צריך לעמוד בתנאי הרגולציה במדינת ישראל וכן במדינה בה מתקיים התהליך וכולל אישור רפואי לביצוע תהליך פונדקאות, גיל ושיוך גנטי של לפחות אחד מההורים לעובר (זרע או ביצית).
באופן טבעי, מבנה התא המשפחתי והצרכים האישיים יגדירו האם יש צורך בתוכנית של תרומת ביצית, תוכנית פונדקאות או תוכנית משולבת (תרומת ביצית + פונדקאות). בנוסף יש מדינות בהן ישנן מספר תוכניות – מתוכנית בסיסית ועד תוכנית guarantee. כל תוכנית מגדירה, למשל, מספר שונה של שאיבת ביציות, מספר עוברים, מספר החזרות של עוברים לרחם הפונדקאית וכו’. אל דאגה נסביר לכם הכל.
הזמן הממוצע לתהליך פונדקאות ותרומת ביצית הנו 18-24 חודשים. חשוב לומר שמדובר בתהליך מורכב, התלוי במשתנים רבים שעלולים להשפיע על טווח הזמנים כמו משתנים רפואיים-ביולוגיים, לוגיסטיים, בירוקרטיים ומשפטיים.
כן בהחלט. אנחנו במנור בייבי מאמינים שהזכות להורות היא אוניברסלית ושכל איש ואישה החפצים בכך יכולים להביא ילד לעולם. בהתאם לכך, הרחבנו את הזירות בהן אנו פועלים גם לארגנטינה ולארה”ב. את תהליך הפונדקאות ניתן לעבור בתנאי שיהיה קשר גנטי לעובר (זרע של אחד האבות, או ביצית של האם המיועדת)
כן בהחלט. אנחנו במנור בייבי מאמינים שהזכות להורות היא אוניברסלית ושכל איש ואישה החפצים בכך יכולים להביא ילד לעולם. במדינות בהן לא נדרש אישור נישואין כמו ארה”ב וארגנטינה, ניתן לבצע תהליך פונדקאות. באשר לגאורגיה, ניתן לבצע תהליך פונדקאות לזוגות הטרוסקסואלים לא נשואים ובתנאי שיש להם אישור שהם חיים ביחד באותו בית לפחות שנה לפני חתימת ההסכם עם הפונדקאית. לגבי ארמניה, ניתן לבצע תהליך פונדקאות לזוגות הטרוסקסואלים ורק בתנאי שהם נשואים. בכל המדינות, צריכים לעמוד גם בתנאי סף נוספים כגון גיל ההורה המיועד.
בארה”ב ובארגנטינה הילוד יקבל אזרחות של המדינה בה נולד.
כן. נשאים יכולים לעשות תהליך פונדקאות בכפוף לחוק בכל מדינה ובהתאם לאישור הקליניקות השונות וההנחיות שינתנו על ידן.
כן. במנור בייבי אנו מקפידים לעבוד רק עם מדינות בהן התהליך הרגולטורי מאפשר רישום של ההורה/ ההורים בתעודת הלידה ולא של הפונדקאית. במדינה בה התינוק יוולד, שם ההורה/ שמות הורים יופיע/ו על תעודת הלידה. לאחר החזרה לארץ, ההורה הלא ביולוגי (במידה ויש כזה) יעבור הליך לצו הורות פסיקתי על מנת להירשם כהורה של הילוד בת.ז על פי הרגולציה המקובלת במדינת ישראל.
חשוב שההורים המיועדים יגיעו למדינת היעד לפני מועד הלידה הצפוי. זמן השהות משתנה בין מדינה למדינה, אבל יש לקחת בחשבון שברוב המדינות, זמן משוער נע בין 6-8 שבועות.
כן. אחד מההורים המיועדים יכול לקחת חופשת לידה על פי תנאי הביטוח הלאומי. כמו כן, ההורים מקבלים מהביטוח הלאומי את כל הזכויות לאחר לידה.
לקראת הלידה ההורה המיועד / ההורים המיועדים מגיעים אל מדינת היעד ויהיו בה מספר שבועות. במהלך תקופה זו, הצוותים בארץ ובחו”ל יעבדו על כל המסמכים החשובים כגון תעודת לידה, איזרוח התינוק בישראל ועוד. בחלק מהמדינות נעזור לכם למצוא מגורים מתאימים למשך תקופה זו. בנוסף, בחלק מהמדינות, נוכל גם להציע מעטפת לוגיסטית נרחבת שכוללת דירה מרוהטת ומאובזרת המתאימה כמובן גם לתינוק.
